Nahathai Poopichapong is Chief Operating Officer of LINE Pay Thailand, where she leads the Payment and Financial Services vertical within LINE MAN Wongnai Group. In this role, she holds full P&L responsibility for LINE Pay’s core businesses, including e-wallet and payment facilitation, as well as LINE MAN Wongnai’s lending businesses.
Drawing on over a decade of fintech experience across Southeast Asian markets, Nahathai oversees Commercial, Marketing, Credit Risk, and Operations, leading cross-functional teams to drive execution and sustainable performance. She leads strategic initiatives and partnerships to accelerate growth for LINE Pay and expand LINE MAN Wongnai’s lending portfolio with tailored credit solutions for merchants, riders, and consumers to drive financial inclusion.
Earlier in her career, Nahathai was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She later led regional payments strategy at a leading Southeast Asian super app, and also held leadership roles at a regional fintech unicorn, helping drive its international expansion.
Nahathai holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Economics (International Program) from Thammasat University.
