LINE MAN Wongnai today announced the acquisition of JERA Cloud, a Thai startup and the market leader in cloud and POS solutions for beauty and wellness businesses. This marks the company’s first expansion of its Merchant Digital Solutions portfolio beyond restaurants, opening new opportunities in high-growth industries.
JERA Cloud, operated under Lamunpun IT Co., Ltd., is a Thai startup with 8 years of experience in delivering cloud and POS solutions for the beauty and wellness industry. It has established itself as the market leader, holding the largest market share and is trusted by more than 1,700 outlets nationwide, including Aura Bangkok Clinic with 20 branches and Teeth Talk Dental Clinic with 19 branches.
This acquisition extends Wongnai POS business beyond restaurants into high-growth adjacent sectors, particularly beauty and wellness, with Thailand positioned as a key hub poised to become a global center for the industry.
