LINE MAN has been certified by Thailand’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a Telepharmacy application service provider under the Telepharmacy Application Certification B.E. 2569 (2026), becoming one of the first seven platforms approved under the new framework. The certification took effect on 22 June 2026. On 24 June 2026, LINE MAN Wongnai CEO Yod Chinsupakul and Dr. Maleeya Jotisakulratana, Head of Government Relations, attended the FDA’s official announcement on the readiness of telepharmacy services for licensed pharmacies operating through FDA-certified applications. The certification marks an important step in LINE MAN’s expansion into digital healthcare services. Through LINE MAN MART, consumers can connect with licensed pharmacists and pharmacies registered with the Pharmacy Council of Thailand in real time via chat, receive professional advice on medication use and health management, purchase healthcare products, access medicines that require pharmacist assessment under regulatory guidelines, and have medicines delivered directly to their homes—all within a single platform. The service is delivered through LINE MAN’s certified telepharmacy platform, which verifies pharmacy credentials, maintains accurate patient records, and safeguards patient privacy and confidential health information in accordance with international standards. LINE MAN currently partners with leading pharmacy chains and community pharmacies nationwide, including Fascino, Boots, Tops Care, GPO Pharma Shop, Health Up, BDS, Ya Nueng, PharmCare, and P&F. By connecting consumers with licensed pharmacies within a 15-kilometer radius, the platform helps elderly individuals, people living with chronic conditions, and those with limited mobility access pharmacy services more conveniently—particularly during late-night hours, public holidays, and in areas where access to physical pharmacies may be limited.
