The award recognizes the company’s excellence in attracting and selecting top-tier talent within the highly competitive tech industry. The award highlights LINE MAN Wongnai’s rigorous recruitment strategy. In 2025, the company received over 41,000 applications from both Thailand and abroad. Despite the high volume, the company maintained a strict selection process to find the best long-term fits. Notably, the company continues to invest heavily in technical talent, with tech roles accounting for approximately 40% of all new hires—a figure significantly higher than the industry average. In terms of team structure, LINE MAN Wongnai has achieved a more balanced workforce. In 2025, Gen Z made up 55% of new hires, while Gen Y accounted for 44%. This reflects a strategy of blending the agility of the younger generation with the deep expertise of experienced professionals to support long-term business expansion.
